About Us

Johan is the owner and director of Playful Pathways Therapy Center. In 2019, she received her master's degree in occupational therapy from West Coast University. Johan specializes in pediatric occupational therapy, feeding therapy, and certified in infant massage. She is CCS-paneled (California Children's Services). Her work experiences range from observations in the NICU, hospital outpatient, private practice, home-health, and acute rehab. Johan's enthusiasm working with pediatric populations comes from being a kid at heart. The best part of being an occupational therapist is helping children thrive and being a family's advocate.

Fun facts: Johan is married and a proud dog mama to Mamba. She loves Kobe Bryant, the Lakers, attending NBA games, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and strength training. Tagalog was her first language.
